Your record of where CoPilot sent the truck somewhere it shouldn't go, what you reported, and what came back.

How to use it on shift
  1. While driving: nothing. Carry on and deal with it.
  2. At your next stop, parked: open this, tap the error type, then dictate the rest with the mic key on your keyboard. Say the manoeuvre, not just the place: "Turning out of Sturt St onto Mulgoa Rd, told me to turn right across the median." Save. About 20 seconds.
  3. Everything under "Add later" is desk work, and only for spots you actually escalate.

Keep customer details out of this. Record the street where the routing failed, not the delivery address, and no names or order numbers.
